SAFF?

I'm debating going to SAFF after I pass the bar exam. It would be a nice present to myself, a fun long weekend get away. I'm trying to decide what I need to pay for in which order: flight, classes, hotel room. I'd try to find someone to carpool with, but I don't know anyone who is driving halfway across the country. I found at least 10 hours of classes I'd want to take. I'm not sure what else is in that part of the country to tourist about. Anyone with any North Carolina connections?

I stocked up on the goodies for my Secret Pal packages. Now I'm just waiting on a squishy package with their yarn in it so I can get these boxes out on Wednesday.
